Who I am, and what I do...

With a background in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, I partner with organizations to design solutions that strengthen leadership effectiveness, organizational performance, and team effectiveness. My work spans organizational development, leadership development, organizational design, team development, and change management, with an emphasis on aligning organizational strategies, people, and processes to achieve business objectives.
